For retained placenta : 10 Drops of Placento-Care to be given orally on 1/4 piece of roti (or spray 1/2 ml. directly in mouth with small syringe) every 2 hours till placenta is expelled. Also give Septo-vet (to reduce chances of infection & pus formation).For habitual retainers :To be started 7 days before calving. Give 10 Drops of Placento-Care orally on a piece of roti twice a day till expulsion after calving. Give medicine 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals.If placenta is not expelled within 12 to 18 hours, consult veterinary doctor.
